Progressive partylist groups under the Makabayan bloc advised Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio

Duterte-Carpio on her Instagram post, slammed the roadblock of banana plantation workers from
Compostela Valley province under Namasufa-Naflu-Kmu in Barangay Lasang, Davao on Monday, following
the move of Task Force Davao to bar the entry of close to 600 workers in the city.
Further, the Namasufa workers were scheduled to attend a conference dialogue at the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XI.
“The barrier driven by Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU) in Barangay Lasang in Davao City yesterday was a case
of how these gatherings plan to administer should the enabled to lead our administration and the nation.” Duterte said in her Instagram post.
