Vice President Leni Robredo will be flying to the United States and Canada on Friday for a series of
speaking engagements, the Office of the Vice President (OVP) said.
“Vice President Leni Robredo is leaving for the United States and Canada on 12 October 2018 (Friday), for
a series of engagements, including a speech before a top policy think tank based in Washington, D.C.,” the OVP said in a statement on Thursday.
According to the OVP, Robredo invited to speak at a forum about issues in the Southeast Asia and Indo-Pacific
region at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
Hence, VP Leni will convey the keynote address at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) on 18 October 2018
