Gov’t specialists amass gives Duterte ‘poor’ performance mark
A state workers’ union has given President Rodrigo Duterte “poor” performance rating,
claiming he has failed on his avowed duty to workers.
Ferdinand Gaite of the Confederation for Unity, Recognition and Advancement of Government
Employees (COURAGE) was quoted by Manny Vargas in a Super Radyo dzBB report as saying
that Duterte failed the state workers, including private employees.
Gaite said that in view of government arrangement of estimating the execution of state specialists,
Meanwhile, Duterte has not conveyed on his sworn undertakings and guarantees for his inability to end contractualization and perpetual issue of low wages.
He said that two years into Duterte’s administration, COURAGE has not seen a political will to address the specialists’ troubles.
Gaite demand that Duterte expels from office by a similar measure that non-performing government laborers expel from taxpayer-supports organization — that is non-execution of obligation.
