The Entry of Judgment dated June 19, 2018 puts conclusion to the quo warranto case
and will never again permit the reviving of the case under the tenets. The case is currently
viewed as shut and ended.
Meanwhile the high court has guided the Judicial and Bar Council to open the application and assignment procedure to planned Chief Justice applicants.
