Senate President Vicente Sotto III on Sunday said that the Chinese Coast Guard’s supposed harassment of Filipino fishermen besides waters of Scarborough Shoal (Bajo de Masinloc or Panatag Shoal) must be taken up with the Chinese government.

“Magreklamo tayo sa China, paratingin natin doon. Kunin ang mga realities eh tapos doon tayo magreklamo. Tingnan natin kung aaksyon o hindi,” Sotto included.
