TESDA and ILO to dispatch IT preparing program for ladies


TESDA Mission

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the International

Labor Organization (ILO) will dispatch a program that intends to enable ladies to increase

quality work in occupations in the science, innovation, building, and arithmetic (STEM) fields.

Also called the Women in STEM Workforce Readiness and Development Program, the program

will be propelled for 200 female understudies in the Information Technology (IT) field.

In the first place the ILO chief Khalid Hassan has brought up that in the Philippines just few ladies

prepare in IT because of “social inclinations on profession openings in the field where ladies have

a high potential to land quality positions.”

Meanwhile “The program looks to furnish ladies with request drove specialized STEM-related

abilities and employability alongside big business level initiative preparing to enable them to

conquer challenges that diminish their entrance, maintenance and headway in STEM ventures.

in an official statement on Sunday.

Ladies Opportunity

in activity, amusement improvement and programming advancement at Human

Resource Development Institute (HRDI) and chose private area preparing suppliers.

According to TESDA chief general Guiling Mamondiong is encouraging ladies to join the program as

the HRDI is right now searching for females who are intrigued to take up a course in movement and

diversion advancement.

Moreover Mamondiong included that the preparation would guarantee business help to organizations
