One can say even in tragedy or any natural disaster that hits the country, it still more fun in the Philippines.

This slogan were attested in several pictures lingering now on social media which captured tourists in Boracay Island, still having fun amidst the storm.

Boracay, being the Best Island in the World, two-year in a row, according to international travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler, was packed of tourists especially during the holidays–probably Westerners are escaping the cold.

So even during the havoc of typhoon Urduja in the Philippines, some tourists make the most of their time in their stay in Boracay. What the best to do if your stranded in the best island in the world?

Some tourists tried paddling on the streets and some even glided through their wake-boards and surfboards.

Tropical Storm “Urduja” has weakened after making landfall on Saturday over Eastern Samar, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In its 8:00 p.m. severe weather bulletin on Saturday, Pagasa said Urduja’s maximum sustained wind has weakened to 75 kph with a gustiness of up to 120 kph. It was moving west at 15 kph.
